Russia Interference Brexit Vote Debate Reopened
Prime Minister Andy Burnham said it is "clear" Russia interfered with the 2016 Brexit referendum and that voters were not sufficiently informed about foreign meddling. He told MPs he is not questioning the legitimacy of the vote.
