Tibet Flood Rescue Halted by New Landslide Lake

Rescuers on the Nepal-Tibet border have withdrawn after a landslide-formed barrier lake raised fears of a second flood, as the death toll reached 474. Chinese state media controls are hampering independent assessment of damage in Tibet while Nepal's devastation emerges.
