ICE Vehicle Strike During Texas Pursuit Injures Bystander
An ICE agent struck Miguel Parra-Hernandez with a vehicle while attempting to arrest Jose Mendoza-Cervantes in northwest Harris County, Texas, on Saturday. Parra-Hernandez suffered a broken leg and was taken to a hospital.
