Burnham Announces Cleanup of Illegal Waste Dumps
Prime Minister Andy Burnham announced plans to clean up the three worst illegal waste dumps in Kent, Surrey, and West Yorkshire, which contain 22,000 tonnes of waste. The government also promised a crackdown on criminal gangs profiting from illegal dumping.
