Microsoft Green Card Suspension Announced by Vance
Vice President JD Vance announced that Microsoft is suspended from applying for permanent residency for H-1B workers, accusing the company of abusing the visa system. Adobe is also barred from the program that allows high-skilled workers to apply for US residency.
