Middlesbrough House Fire Leads to Murder Charge

Two people died in a house fire in Middlesbrough early Wednesday, prompting Cleveland Police to launch a murder investigation and not rule out organised crime links. Pawel Kulpa has since been charged with one count of murder, eight counts of attempted murder, and one count of arson.
