Hurricane Nolo Threatens Hawaii with Catastrophic Flooding

Hurricane Nolo is expected to bring up to 25 inches of rain and life-threatening flooding to Hawaii, prompting activation of over 230 National Guard members and school closures. The storm remains nearly stationary just south of Hawaii Island, with large waves along the coast.
