Quentin Tarantino's Debut Play Stars Sacha Baron Cohen
💡 Why it matters
This marks Tarantino's formal transition from screen to stage, potentially opening a new revenue stream for West End producers while testing whether his signature voice translates beyond film.
Sacha Baron Cohen will headline Quentin Tarantino's first stage play, The Popinjay Cavalier, premiering on London's West End in March 2027. Tarantino will also direct the production, which Baron Cohen said he was "beyond delighted" to join.
